We currently publish 4 different direct-mail products:
 
Magic Mailer - This full color magazine is mailed bi-monthly to Ames, Huxley, Nevada & Story City, as well as all ISU students, a total of over 31,000 households.
 
Living Well - This targeted piece is a pack of full color, glossy cards that goes to homeowners with an income of over $100,000 and is delivered 5 times a year.
 
Real Estate Bi-Weekly - This publication goes out in the mail every other week (and is available on racks throughout Ames) to all of Story County and is the best source for all local real estate listings.
 
Campus Living - This card deck (similar to Living Well) is an ISU students only piece. It is mailed to every individual in the dorms & Greek houses.
 
In addition to these publications, we also handle pretty much any advertising specialty you can imagine: pens, magnets, mints, knick-knacks, etc.
